HASSLE FREE RETURNS 

At Bark and Elm, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their order

If you are not, we offer Full Refunds on all items that have not been used or washed if  returned within 30 days of purchase

Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to show up in your account. It will appear on your statement under the reference of: BarkAndElm

All items are returnable, except for the following:

*Any Sale and Promotional items are not eligible for refund or exchange

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If you’d like to return a Bark and Elm product…

 

UK Returns:

Go to this browser and add your order number and return details:

You will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s) and get your refund, along with a shipping label.

The cost of the shipping label will be subtracted from your refund.  Package up your item(s), attach the shipping label, and drop it off at your local Post Office.

Once we’ve received the item and processed the return, you’ll be refunded as requested to your original payment method. You will see the return on your statement as 'BarkAndElm'. This should appear within 10-15 days from the date we receive the returned goods

 

International Returns:

All customers located outside of the UK are also responsible for return shipping costs.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a new size or colour, please return as outlined above and place a new order.
